Luxury Grooming & Wellness Spa Manager

We are building something special. Not a typical grooming shop and not a job you step into just to pass time. This is a leadership role for someone who wants to help shape a luxury brand from the inside out and grow alongside it.
We are looking for a Spa Manager who understands people, operations, and service at a high level. Someone who takes ownership, sees the bigger picture, and knows how to lead with both structure and heart. This role is management focused, with responsibility over day to day operations, client experience, team leadership, and growth initiatives as we scale.

Experience in grooming is preferred but not required. A willingness to learn grooming if needed is important. Veterinary technicians are highly valued, though not required.

Position Overview
The Luxury Grooming and Wellness Spa Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for helping build, operate, and scale a high end grooming and wellness spa. This position goes beyond daily management and plays a key role in developing processes, best practices, team structure, and operational standards as the brand grows.

This role is ideal for a proven manager who wants to help create something from the ground up while delivering an exceptional, luxury level client experience. Grooming experience is preferred but not required. A willingness to learn grooming techniques as needed is expected. Veterinary technician experience is highly valued but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Spa Development and Operations
- Assist in setting up the spa, including workflows, service flow, and operational readiness
- Develop, document, and refine operational processes and best practices
- Establish systems that support efficiency, consistency, and scalability
- Oversee day to day spa operations to ensure excellence across all services

Leadership and Team Development
- Lead the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of staff
- Build a high performing, service focused team culture
- Create and manage schedules, roles, and accountability structures
- Coach team members to grow with the brand and uphold standards

Client Experience and Service Excellence
- Deliver and maintain a luxury, white glove client experience
- Serve as the point of escalation for client concerns and resolutions
- Ensure all services align with brand standards and values

Sales, Growth, and Expansion Support
- Drive sales performance, memberships, and service growth
- Partner with ownership on growth strategy, expansion planning, and future locations
- Travel as needed to support brand development and new spa openings

Inventory and Supply Management
- Manage inventory levels for grooming, wellness, retail, and operational supplies
- Forecast needs, place orders, and maintain vendor relationships
- Ensure proper storage, quality control, and inventory accuracy

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of seven years of sales and management experience
- Strong operational leadership and people management skills
- Experience building or improving processes and systems
- Highly coachable with a solutions oriented mindset
- Tech savvy with experience using scheduling, POS, inventory, and CRM platforms
- Strong problem solving, decision making, and organizational abilities
- Reliable, detail oriented, and accountable
- Willingness to travel as the brand grows
- Preferred Qualifications
- Grooming experience or willingness to learn grooming
- Veterinary technician background
- Experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, or premium service environments
