3. Services & Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person and are not guaranteed until confirmed.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Locations may require 24-hour notice. No-shows may incur fees.
4. Membership Terms (Recurring Billing)
By enrolling in a Barkology Wellness membership:
- You authorize recurring automatic monthly billing.
- Membership continues until canceled.
- Cancellation requires written notice per location policy.
- Partial month refunds are not provided unless required by law.
- Benefits are non-transferable.
- Pricing may be updated with advance notice.
Failure to maintain valid payment may result in suspension.
5. Pet Health & Safety
You acknowledge:
- Your pet is current on required vaccinations.
- You disclose all medical or behavioral conditions.
- Grooming carries inherent risks.
- In emergencies, veterinary care may be sought at your expense.
Barkology is not liable for undisclosed or pre-existing conditions.
6. Aggressive or Unsafe Pets
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a pet poses a safety risk. Partial service fees may still apply.
7. Retail Products
Unopened products may be returned within ___ days. Opened hygiene products are non-refundable. Food returns are subject to manufacturer policy.
8. Payments
You authorize Barkology to charge your selected payment method for services, memberships, and products. Chargebacks without dispute resolution may result in service suspension.
